- ancient and modern existing side by side.
Within no time at all one can go from the modern city of Tel Aviv
to the ancient spirituality of Jerusalem; from the lush oasis of En Gedi
through desert roads down to the resorts of Eilat on the Red Sea;
from shopping in a modern shopping mall to bargaining in the old Arab souks...
Cultures and religions mingle to create a mosaic that is always fascinating
and almost impossible to adequately describe
to those who have never experienced it.

You can begin your journey, as most visitors to Israel do
in the modern metropolis of Tel Aviv or take a more spiritual journey
to the heart and soul of Israel - Jerusalem.
Whichever route you choose, there is always something interesting to see
and hopefully you will enjoy your cyber-visit.
